RALOS halogen-free 110°C flexible SDI cable – 95mm²

This 95mm² orange single-core RALOS cable is sold by the metre and cut to the ordered length. Its annealed Class 6 bare-copper conductor and flexible halogen-free insulation make it suitable for battery banks, inverters, solar and energy-storage systems, as well as other main power and control applications.

Flexible cable for demanding power installations

The cable uses X-HF-110 insulation beneath an orange HFS-110-TP outer sheath. The construction is rated to 110°C and complies with the applicable Australian and New Zealand conductor, insulation and low-voltage cable standards.

Free-air current-carrying capacity

Reference current-carrying capacity: 434A. This is the AS/NZS 3008.1.1:2017 Table 6 value for two single-core flexible copper cables with 110°C X-HF-110 insulation, unenclosed and spaced in free air at the standard Australian ambient air temperature of 40°C.

Derating and cable selection: This reference value is not a universal circuit rating. Correction and derating factors apply for ambient temperature, grouping or bundling, installation method, enclosure, thermal insulation and other heat sources. The complete circuit must also be designed for voltage drop, run length, termination ratings, overcurrent protection and duty cycle by a suitably qualified person.
