DESCRIPTION
Exotronic ANL/CNN Fuse Holder: High-Current Protection for Demanding DC Systems
Engineered for Reliable Circuit Protection in Automotive, Marine, and Off-Grid Applications
The Exotronic ANL/CNN Fuse Holder is a purpose-built solution for safeguarding high-current DC circuits up to 600A. Designed for use with ANL and CNN fuses, this holder ensures secure, low-resistance connections in 12V, 24V, and 48V electrical systems, with a maximum voltage rating of 125V DC. Its compact footprint (157mm x 38mm x 45mm) makes it ideal for installations where space is limited, such as 4WD fuse blocks, marine electrical panels, and off-grid solar setups.
Unlike generic fuse holders that may suffer from heat buildup or poor conductivity, the Exotronic model features corrosion-resistant brass M8 threaded studs (approx. 5/16"-18) and a high-temperature resistant base, ensuring stable performance under continuous high loads. The transparent tinted polycarbonate cover provides essential protection against accidental shorts while allowing for quick visual inspection of the fuse element, reducing maintenance downtime.
Key Features
- 600A maximum current rating for high-demand circuits
- Accepts ANL and CNN fuses for versatile protection
- M8 brass studs with hex nuts and lock washers for secure, low-resistance connections
- Clear protective cover enables visual fuse checks without disassembly
- Compact design (157mm x 38mm x 45mm) suits tight installation spaces
- High-temperature resistant base for durability in engine bays and harsh environments
- Integrated mounting holes for easy surface installation
Built for Tough Environments
This fuse holder is engineered to withstand the rigors of mobile and stationary applications. The base material resists deformation under heat, a common failure point in lower-quality holders. The brass studs maintain excellent conductivity over time, reducing the risk of voltage drop and overheating at the connection. The cover shields live terminals from debris, moisture, and accidental contact, enhancing safety in crowded wiring compartments.
Ideal Applications
Whether you're upgrading a dual battery system in a 4WD, protecting a marine winch circuit, or building a solar battery bank, the Exotronic ANL/CNN Fuse Holder provides the reliability you need. It is commonly used in:
- Automotive and 4WD auxiliary power systems
- Marine DC distribution panels
- Caravan and RV electrical setups
- Off-grid solar and battery storage
- Industrial DC equipment protection
Note: Fuses are sold separately. Always select a fuse rating appropriate for your cable size and load requirements.
Secure Your Electrical System Today
Choose the Exotronic ANL/CNN Fuse Holder for a robust, professional-grade connection that minimises risk and maximises uptime. Add it to your setup and experience the confidence of reliable circuit protection.
